Hey, I’m Erin!

I am a facilitator, storyteller, and convener who is all about our interconnectedness. I use art and community to explore big, complex concepts and ideas. My dream is a liberated future, where peoples’ thriving does not depend on the harm or suppression of others. I believe that we must heal ourselves to heal the world; that healing is a lifelong endeavour; and that bringing our humanity — our ancestries, our stories, our love — into our professional, personal, and community realms is critical to achieve that.

I put this work into action through grassroots projects and gatherings, formal workshops and programs, dialogue and storytelling, and many spaces in between. I rebel against “standardized” practices and checklist approaches, and lean into the practices of emergent strategy, transformative justice, and network weaving to guide my work. My tendency to show up with realness and weirdness is an invitation for you to do the same. I’m always excited to collaborate and co-conspire with people who are down to take chances, make mistakes, and get messy (thanks, Ms. Frizzle!).
